#PurneaAirportLA : A Campaign to Resume The Work of Purnea Airport
As we all know that on 8th August 2021 a hashtag “#PurneaAirportLA” will be run by the residents of Purnea on Twitter.The purpose of running this hashtag is to resume the work of Purnea Airport which has been stuck for many years.
The initiators of this campaign are – Mr. Ravi Ranjan,Anand Mishra,Pushkar Anand,Vikash Aditya,Ritesh,Mrs. Jyoti,Supriya Shandilya etc. and youth of all over Seemanchal.
Let us know what will be the benefits of the airport at Purnea city :
- With the start of the airport,thousands of people will get employment directly or indirectly which will be a major effect.
- Purnia is a big commercial city, there is a Gulab Bagh market of Asia level, the possibility of setting up of agriculture related industries will increase here, big industrialists will be able to move here.
The products of Maize, Banana and Makhana of Kosi region can be export to different states of India as well as abroad.
- Once there will be an airport in this area then service industry, software and technology industry, education industry will not have to face any problem to arrive here because the traffic will be smooth.
- If there will be ease of movement for the investors, then industries like sugar mill, dairy-fishery and food processing etc. can be easily set up here and investment will also increase.
- With the opening of Purnea Airport(#PurneaAirportLA), there will be a radical change in all aspects of the political,social,economical etc. of this area.

Nepal, Bhutan,from all over the world.It can become a stay point for flights coming to Bangladesh, Myanmar, China and most of the flights from Europe and South-East Asia to North-West Asia (Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand etc.)
- Purnia Airport can also play an important role in the security and strategic point of view of the country. Due to the presence of so many neighboring countries around, the construction of Purnia Airport can pave the way for easy movement of the country’s armies in emergency.
