JEE Advanced is a national level entrance examination for admission to undergraduate engineering programs at the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISERs). The exam is conducted by one of the seven IITs on a rotation basis. Candidates are required to first qualify the JEE Main exam in order to be eligible to take the JEE Advanced exam. JEE Advanced typically consists of two objective type papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2, which test the candidate’s knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

How to Check JEE Advanced Result 2023?

If you want to check the result then go through the following steps –

  • Visit jeeadv.ac.in

  • Click on the “IIT JEE Advanced Result Link”

  • Enter Advanced Roll Number, date of birth and phone number

  • Check “I’m not robot” box

  • Click on the “Submit” button

  • JEE Advanced 2023 result will be displayed on the screen

  • Download the result and take a print out

The application fee is as follows:

JEE Advanced 2023 Exam Pattern :

Check the question paper pattern, marking scheme, time, etc details of the JEE Advanced 2023 exam below:

  • Mode of the exam: Examination will be conducted ONLY in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
  • Number of papers: JEE (Advanced) 2023 will consist of two question papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2 of three hours duration each. Both papers are compulsory.
  • Language: English and Hindi
  • Total duration: 6 hours
  • Marking scheme: The marking schemes change each year. Negative marks may be awarded for incorrect answers to some of the questions. Details of the marking scheme will be provided in the “Instructions to Candidates” section at the time of examination.
  • Number of sections: Each question paper will consist of three separate sections, viz., Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
