Gujarat PSI 2023 Prelims Exam Syllabus
The details of the Gujarat PSI prelims exam 2023 is given below. Preliminary exams is the first phase of Gujarat PSI 2023 syllabus. Gujarat PSI Syllabus 2023 Exam Pattern
The Gujarat PSI exam pattern 2023 includes three major stages: prelims, mains and physical standard and physical efficiency test.
Candidates who pass these three rounds will be subjected to document verification, medical tests, and a personal interview. The details regarding the exam pattern for all the rounds are shared below.
Gujarat PSI Prelims Exam Pattern
The details of the Gujarat PSI prelims exam pattern 2023 is given below. Preliminary exams is the first phase of Gujarat PSI exams.
- There are four sections, and each section has 25 questions.
- The total mark for the examination is 100.
- The time duration of the examination is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Each correct answer fetches 1 mark, and each wrong answer will deduct 0.25 marks.

Gujarat PSI Mains Exam Pattern
The details of the Gujarat PSI mains exam pattern 2023 is given below. Mains exams is the second phase of Gujarat PSI 2023 exams. Here are the details:
- The mains syllabus is divided into different subjects in Paper-I, Paper-II, Paper-III & Paper-IV.
- Each paper set will contain 50 questions of 2 marks each.
- The total number of questions is 200, with 400 marks in total.

Physical Standard and Physical Efficiency Test
As mentioned above, the Gujarat PSI 2023 exam will have two written exam phases and a third physical evaluation phase. This is purely the test of a candidates’s physical abilities. Specific criteria to be followed by the candidates are mentioned below:
- Candidates need to secure at least 40 marks in the written exam to qualify for the next round.
- The height and weight criteria of the Physical Standard Test (PST), which varies from post to post, are given in the table below:
